This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings dated 01.12.2014 issued by the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
