ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) On 30.11.2020, when the matter was listed before this Court, this Court was under the impression that the anticipatory bail has already been granted to the petitioner and again granted anticipatory bail to him with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the Legal Services Authority, Chennai. However, before the order could be signed, it was brought to the knowledge of this Court that the petitioner was not earlier granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.14775 of 2020 and it was also found that the petitioner has got three previous cases to his credit, thereby, the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

2.In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
