C O M M O N J U D G M E N T (Judgement of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd., states that apart from the issue of amalgamation, there are certain things that are to be stated for winding up. We thus call upon to state what are the "other things" about the winding up, since it is a long and comprehensive order of the learned Single Judge. Learned counsel is not able to point out anything to us. We may note that we had comprehensively heard the represented parties on 08.07.2015, whereafter we had called the affidavit to be filed by the stated sole Director of M/s.Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd.
