PRAYER This petition to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the 2nd respondent dt 04.05.2025 in C3/D.O.No.14/2025 against the petitioner Husband Jegan male aged 27 yrs S/o.Arunachalam, who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Honble Court and set him at liberty .
