The miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the petitioner viz., Sheela, W/o.BRaghuraman as the petitioner in W.P.no.17796 to represent the case and to receive appropriate orders.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the above Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the writ petition and post the main petition on 17.08.2022.
