ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for Mandamus directing the respondents to fix the scale of the petitioner in the cadre of Selection Grade Secondary Grade Teacher from the date of joining in the 3rd respondent Union and confer all the consequential benefits.

respondent to consider his representation dated 05.01.2013 in the light of the order passed in W.P.No.12469 of 1998 dated 17.07.2007.

3.Mr.R.Govindasamy, the Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and he has also agreed for the same. 4.Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2013, in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12469 of 1998 dated 17.07.2007, after giving personal opportunity to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
