BY THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CBCID METRO TEAM, CHENNAI-16 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an interim direction, directing the respondents to RETURN the Passport No.L4557755 dated 25.7.2014 to the petitioner by permitting the petitioner to Travel America to take Medical Checkup for a period of 4 months (FOUR MONTHS), (in WMP.No.1545/2018) pending disposal of the above WP.No.32079/2018.

He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, WMP.No.1545 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.
