This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4751 of 2022 Crl.O.P.No.20021 of 2021 on 12.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily twice a month ie., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., on 1st of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
