O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.,) The present Review Application has been instituted seeking to review the order of this Court dated 18.04.2024 in W.P.No.10264 of 2024.

2. This Court passed an order based on the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate that the subject land detailed in the Writ Petition will be surveyed within a period of four months and upon survey if any encroachment is noticed, steps will be taken in accordance with law for removal of the encroachments.

3. Such an order would not provide a cause for institution of review proceedings, since the order has not caused any prejudice to the parties. The Court had only ordered to conduct survey and in the event of identifying encroachments, enforcement actions would be initiated. That being the scope, any further adjudication on merits would fall beyond the realm of the powers of review jurisdiction.
