(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The petitioner seeks a mandamus for implementation of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in All India Judges Association and Others Vs. Union of India and Others reported in (2002) 4 SCC 247 in respect of fixation of the inter-se-seniority between the Directly Recruited Judges and the Promotee Judges (Entry Level) in the Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the Registrar General of this Court wherein, steps taken to implement the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court have been detailed. After the counter was filed, there were some developments and steps are being taken to implement the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
