(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant and learned counsels for respondents 17 and 18. Notices were issued for being served on private respondents as well.

2.Learned counsel for respondent no.18 submits that she has instructions to seek further time for filing counter to the restoration application. We are not inclined to drag the matter any further and in our opinion, the curtain should be drawn as the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant has fervently urged and she is prepared with the final hearing of the matter and will not seek any further adjournment. 3.In the wake of the aforesaid submissions made, we find justified grounds for recalling the order dated 25.06.2019. The said order is recalled and the appeal is restored to is original number.

4.Learned counsel for respondent no.17 prays that he may be allowed to secure his bundles in order to assist this Court for final hearing of the matter.
