Respondent Prayer:- Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 C.P.C., against the judgment and decree dated 06.03.2024 made in A.S.No.27 of 2016 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Nagapattinam confirming the judgment and decree dated 27.04.2016 made in O.S.No.85 of 2012 on the file of District Munsif Court, Vedaranyam.

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for appellant and respondent appeared and submitted that the matter was already referred to mediation and the dispute between the appellant and respondent, who are brothers was settled before the mediation and mediation agreement executed between them along with plan was also received.

2. In view of the same, this Second Appeal is disposed of as per the terms of compromise arrived in mediation agreement. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The mediation agreement along with the plan shall form part and parcel of the decree.
