Industrial Estate, Ekkatuthangal Chennai 600 031, Mambalam - Guindy Taluk

and Madras District measuring extent of 12588 Sq.Ft. and Town Survey No.14 Part, Block No.II of Aalandur Village, extent area in Guindy - Mambalam Taluk within Sub Registration District of Alandur and bounded on the North by 20 Ft Road, South by Road, East by Plot No. PK22 and West by Nallah.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is submitted that possession has been taken and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed having rendered as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.20555 of 2026 is closed. WMP No.20554 of 2026 filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition stands allowed, inasmuch as petitioners have paid separate court-fee.
