ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the 5th respondent dated 16.06.2024 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 5 to give police protection to conduct the Gangainamman temple function cum cultural programs from 27.6.2024 and 10.7.2024 to 13.7.2024 at Gangaiamman temple, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore district.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
