ORDER
The complaint involved in this criminal original petition is dated 03.11.2020 and the criminal original petition has been laid on 06.11.2020. As per the decision of Division Bench reported in 2018 2 LW 489 (G.Prabhakaran vs. The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur), a petition can be filed invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court only after the completion of 15 days from the date of receipt of the information by the Station House Officer.
2.In such view of the matter, when the present criminal original petition is in utter disregard to the abovesaid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
decision of the Division Bench, this Court is not inclined to take up the criminal original petition for hearing. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
