It is informed that the parties have settled the matter between themselves and have entered into a Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.07.2025.

2. The terms of the Joint Compromise Memo are as follows:- "2. The petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) towards full and final settlement on 18.07.2025 by way of Demand Draft, drawn of Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank (TMB), bearing No. 141651 dated 18.07.2025 in favour of respondent, for which the respondent has consented and on receipt of which sum respondent shall not have any claim against the petitioner whatsoever.

3. The respondent agrees to the above full and final settlement, based on the above settlement the petitioner shall withdraw a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs fifty thousand only) which was deposited by the petitioner to the credit of E.c.No. 19 of 2019 on the file of Joint Commissioner of Labour -I Chennai, the respondent has no 2/4

objection for withdrawing the court deposit amount a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs Fifty thousand only) by the petitioner."

3. Considering the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as settled out of Court in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.07.2025. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.07.2025 is taken on file. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- which is lying to the credit of EC.No.19 of 2019 on the file of the Joint Commissioner of Labour-I, Chennai. No costs.
