The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as against the very same impugned order the petitioner has already moved the revision before the concerned Revisional Authority. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition to agitate the matter before the Revisional Authority. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
