This petition has been filed to substitute the names of (1) R.Balraj, s/o.K.Rajendran (2) S.Shanthi, d/o.K.Rajendran (3) R.Kumar, s/o.K.Rajendran in the place of the deceased writ petitioner Rajendran in the above Writ Petition as petitioners 1 to 3.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition in W.P.No.22389 of 2022 and list the same on 04.10.2024 'for final hearing'.
