ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who was arrested on 08.08.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Section 174(iii) of Cr.P.C altered into Sections 498(A) and 306 of I.P.C in Crime No.364 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the son of the first and second petitioners married the deceased and the third petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased. It is alleged that the petitioners always pick up quarrel with the deceased, due to which the deceased committed suicide by hanging. Hence, the law enforcing registered a case against the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioners has been in jail from 08.08.2021 . Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is still pending and R.D.O enquiry is pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and investigation is still pending and R.D.O enquiry is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
