Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 05.07.2024 that reads as follows:- Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents and is represented by Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General.

2. Mr.Neelakandan states that the legal heir certificate has itself been issued and hence nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. A copy of the certificate is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner to enable him to get instructions.

4. List on 08.07.2024 at the end of admission list.
