Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of petitioner's representations dated 14.12.2021, 28.01.2022, 13.04.2024 and 22.04.2024 wherein he sought the respondents to refer him to Medical Board for assessing his suitability for the post of Driver and to provide the petitioner with any other alternate employment.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking to refer the petitioner to Medical Board for assessing his suitability for the post of Driver and to provide him with any other alternative employment.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
