This writ petition has been filed, challenging the order of transfer dated 12.04.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent herein, where by, the petitioner is posted as Professor General Medicine, Arignar Anna Memorial, Cancer Hospital, Karpettai, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Kanchipuram and seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent to appoint her in the 3rd respondent hospital (i.e. Tamil Nadu Government Multi Super Speciality Hospital, Omandurar Estate, Chennai-2) in the Department of Medical Oncology.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced a posting order dated 07.12.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent, stating that the petitioner is now posted as Assistant Professor of Medical Oncology, Madras Medical College/Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Government Hospital for Women and Children, Chennai and therefore, the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
