PRAYER in WP No.19533 of 2019: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2019 in a time bound manner as to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

PRAYER in WP No.36244 of 2016: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to constitute a Fair Rent Fixation Committee in terms of Section 34A of HR & CE Act and further direct that the Fair Rent be fixed by the Committee for the land of 2.50 acres being playground of the school in Survey No.787/1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 at Perunthurai in terms of G.O.Ms.No.353 dated 04.06.1999 and G.O.ms.No.456 dated 9.11.2007.
