to consider the petitioner's aforestated representation on merits and in accordance with law.

3. We are not inclined to make any observation in respect of the merit of the case. This writ petition is only for a mandamus to consider the representation and take a decision strictly on merits and in accordance with law.

4. In such view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's aforestated representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that each and every submission averred by the petitioner in her representation is to be adverted to and a reasoned order is required to be passed. No costs.
