PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to transfer the petitioner from the 5th respondent School to any other School or relieve the petitioner through Voluntary Retirement Scheme by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2024 and also direct them to provide the Service Register and all the educational certificates of the petitioner which are all in the hands of the 5th respondent School.

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to transfer the petitioner from the fifth respondent School to any other School or relieve him through Voluntary Retirement Scheme by considering his representation dated 26.04.2024 and also direct them to provide the Service Register and all the educational certificates of the petitioner which are all in the hands of the fifth respondent School. 2/4

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the Writ Petition, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner made in his representation dated 26.04.2024 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
