ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially appointed as Junior Inspector of Co-operative Societies under 10(a)(1) and his service was regularised on 15.10.2012 with effect 03.04.2003.
