Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2020 and conduct a fair enquiry.

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2020 and conduct a fair enquiry.

Heard Mr.D.Manimaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner submitted representation dated 15.09.2020 to cancel the patta issued in favour of the fifth respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent has not initiated any action as against the same. Hence, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition with the above said prayer. 4.

Considering the above facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, after issuance of notice to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent herein and after giving opportunity of hearing to both parties, pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
