This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the official respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2023 and pass orders within a time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, as directed by the first respondent, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 herein and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
