Respondents Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction in the nature of writ to call for the records relating to the impugned charge memo dated 05.10.2012 under ref. no.6837/Tho.U/2012 of the fourth respondent, consequential show cause notice under ref.No.6837/tho 2/2014 dated 7/10/2014 of the fourth respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent to settle his terminal benefits.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the second show cause notice dated 07.10.2014 is under challenge. However, the fourth respondent has passed final orders in the disciplinary proceedings during the pendency of the writ petition. Hence, this writ petition became infructuous.

2. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
