OA.Nos.112 & 193 of 2016 & A.Nos.1569 to 1572 of 2016 & 2870 & 1324 of 2016 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., On an earlier occasion, when the matters were taken up for hearing, this Court had passed the following By Order: ''The learned counsel for the applicant in OA.No.112 of 2016 reported no instructions from the applicant. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent in O.A.No.193 of 2016 submits that the subject matter has already been referred to the learned Arbitrator and that the learned Arbitrator has also been appointed.

3.He seeks further time for getting instructions. 4.Registry is directed to print the name of the applicant as well as the Counsel in O.A.No.112 of 2016, in cause list and list the matters on 14.07.2022.''

dn 3.All these facts clearly indicate that the applicants are not interested in prosecuting the case.
