Respondents in both writ petitions Common Prayer : Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.2559 and 2560 of 2018 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring that the Land Acquisition proceedings initiated under Section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in G.O.Ms. No. 271 dt 26.2.1991 Housing and Urban Development Department and the declaration made under section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act in G.O.Ms. No. 109, dt 16.3.1992 Housing and Urban Development Department, are deemed to have lapsed in view of section 24 (2) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-Settlement Act, 2013 in so far as the petitioner's land measuring an extent of 1.57 acres, 1.28 acres, 0.25 acres and 0.54 acres in Survey Nos.134/1B, 1C & 135/3, 135/4 in respect of W.P.
No.2559 of 2018 and 1.82 Acres, 0.19 Acres and 0.03 Acres comprised in Survey Nos.135/1, 134/1A & 135/2 respectively in respect of W.P.No.2560 of 2018, situate at Saravanampatty Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District are concerned.
