Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to hold an enquiry into uninterrupted possession of the petitioner in the land in survey No.141/7A/IA measuring about 2337 sq.ft. situated at No.9, 4th Street, Moovendar Nagar, Pammal Pallavaram, Chennai 600 075, Chengalpet District by issuing a patta in favour of the petitioner's name by cancelling the patta in the name of third respondent, by considering the representation dated 04.03.2020 on the file of first and second respondents herein to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first and second respondents to hold an enquiry into uninterrupted possession of the petitioner in the land in survey No.141/7A/IA measuring about 2337 sq.ft. situated at No.9, 4th Street, Moovendar Nagar, Pammal Pallavaram, Chennai 600 075, Chengalpet District by issuing a patta in favour of the petitioner's name by cancelling the patta in the name of third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, by considering the representation dated 04.03.2020 on the file of first and second respondents herein.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2020 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, third respondent and other counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
