(Through Video Conferencing) The petitioner claims that he belongs to Hindu, Scheduled Tribe, 'Kurumans' Community, and he has been issued with permanent community certificate in Pa.Mu.3615/92-'C', dated 29.04.1992, bearing Certificate No.3778323, issued by the Sub-Collector, Saidapet.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit, that apart, in the transfer certificate issued in

favour of the wife of the petitioner, it has been stated that she belongs to 'Kurumans' community, and that apart, the brother of the petitioner, namely, Mr.R.Suresh, has also got favourable orders for issuance of the said certificate vide order dated 30.08.2010 bearing No.8300/CV-II/2009. It is the further submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has also submitted a representation, dated 21.10.2019, enclosing all the documents for issuance of a similar community certificate in favour of his daughters, namely, K.Swetha, K.Divyashree and K.Shamiksha, which was also followed by a reminder representation, dated 08.06.2020, and despite receipt and acknowledgment of the same, no steps are being taken by the 2nd respondent to issue the certificate and prays for appropriate orders. 3.

This Court heard the submissions of Ms.R.J.Radhika, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, who would submit that, based on scrutiny and authentication of the documents enclosed along with the representation dated 21.10.2019, the request made by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law. 4.This Court, taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in the representation or in this writ petition, directs the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.10.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.

This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
