The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of FCOP.No.52 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal to the Family Court, Dharmapuri. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife, since the wife is a resident of Kumarasamipettai at Dharmapuri.

2.Despite service, the husband is not appearing either in person or through counsel, duly instructed.

3.Considering the convenience of the wife, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed, FCOP.No.52 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Dharmapuri to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
