2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted due to efflux of time, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
