Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fifth respondent herein to consider and to pass necessary orders on the representation, dated 18.06.2021 made by the petitioner sent on 21.06.2021 by speed post to the

respondents 1 to 5 herein to cancellation of Patta No.1132 issued in favour of V.Narasiman, S/o.Veerasamy Naidu in respect of S.No.121/23, Karampakkam Revenue Village, Maduravoyal Taluk, Chennai District for fraudulent General Power of Attorney and Sale Deed and to take necessary order this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the above said circumstances of the case. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fifth respondent herein to consider and to pass necessary orders on the representation, dated 18.06.2021 made by the petitioner sent on 21.06.2021 by speed post to the respondents 1 to 5 herein to cancellation of Patta No.1132 issued in favour of V.Narasiman, S/o.Veerasamy Naidu in respect of S.No.121/23, Karampakkam Revenue Village, Maduravoyal Taluk, Chennai District for fraudulent General Power of Attorney and Sale Deed and to take necessary order this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the above said circumstances of the case. 2.

Heard Mr.L.Muthusamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 18.06.2021, after issuance of notice to the sixth respondent herein and other parties if any, after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
