ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered by the respondent Police and which is pending investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Final Report has been filed on 30.04.2019, before the jurisdictional Magistrate-I, Virudhachalam, and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of this Development, this Court does not want to interfere with the FIR at this stage. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the Final Report, if so advised. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
