2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the first respondent are present. Both the learned counsels made a submission that the disputes between the petitioners and the respondents are settled in Lok Adalath. In this regard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has made an endorsement in the Court bundle.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
