ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the representation given by the petitioner herein on 24.09.2020, 06.01.2021 and 26.08.2021 and to delete the wrong entries made in SLR copy in respect of the Survey No.269/part at No.5, Chelliamman Kovil Street, Keezhkattalai, Chennai and alter the revenue records and issue patta in petitioner's name in respect of the above said property.

Heard Mr.D.Rajagopal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representations given by the petitioner herein on 24.09.2020, 06.01.2021 and 26.08.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter parties if any, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
