According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation dated 08.05.2013 to the respondent to initiate proceedings against the Power Holder Mr.M.Gangadharan and cancel the Sale Deeds, ie., Document Nos.327, 328 and 329 of 2013, on the ground that the Power of Attorney Deed has already been cancelled by the petitioner and in spite of the same, fraudulent transactions have taken place by using the cancelled Power of Attorney Deed to get advantage out of the sale deeds. Since no order has been passed on the representation, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has submitted that the competent authority is the District Registrar, South Chennai to consider the representation made by the petitioner in the light of the Circular issued by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondent in Letter No.41530/U1/2017 dated 31.07.2018. 3.In the light of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of his representation dated 08.05.2013 made to the respondent along with a copy of this order, to the District Registrar, South Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the District Registrar, South Chennai, shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, in the light of the Circular in Letter No.41530/U1/2017 dated 31.07.2018, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
