Earlier, this Court by an order dated 14.11.2024 allowed the above petition on payment of cost of Rs.2000/- payable to the counsel for Respondents 1 to 3.

2. Today, when the matters taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appellant submitted that they have tendered cost of Rs.2000/- and the same is recorded.

3. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 06.01.2025.
