ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing respondents 1 to 4 from taking any coercive action to dispossess or demolish the structure in S.No.110/10, 110/12 to an extent of 0.64 Ares and 5.11 Ares in Kelsiviri Village, Marakanam Taluk, Villupuram District.

2. The petitioner apprehends that the structures put up by him in Survey No.110/10 and 110/12 in Kelsiviri Village, Marakanam Taluk, Villupuram District, would be demolished by the authorities. The basis for that apprehension is the direction issued by the Division Bench in

W.P.No.18875 of 2024 on 15.07.2024 at the instance of the 5th respondent herein.

3.The petitioner asserts that he is having patta in respect of the aforementioned two survey numbers. This assertion is also confirmed by the official respondents. The official respondents clarify that they would not proceed against Survey Nos. 110/10 and 110/12 in Kelsiviri Village, Marakanam Taluk, Villupuram District.

4.Recording the stand of the official respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
