ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(d) in Crl.OP.No.5641 of 2026 dated 23.03.2026, wherein the petitioners were directed to sign before respondent police twice a day at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of eight weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.7(d) of the order dated 23.03.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.5641 of 2026 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
