ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.15524 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020, that the petitioners shall stay at Nagarcoil and report before the Kottar Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.15524 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P No.15524 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Palacode on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
