(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction for consideration of the representations dated 23.8.2021 and 01.09.2021 to forbear the sanctioning of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

reservation benefits to the Christians based on caste under Other Backward Classes (OBC) or communities in future.

2. The petitioner-in-person has made a reference to the representations made by him to forbear sanctioning of reservation benefits to the Christians, but he could not refer any notification providing such reservation benefits and further, any order to indicate reservation in favour of the Christians. When this court repeatedly asked the petitioner to show material in support his case, he was unable to show any material. Thus, a direction to seek consideration of the representations cannot be issued in the absence of any material to support the contents of the representations.
