ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 303(1) of the BNS, 2023, (294(b), 323, 324, 378 of IPC) in Crime No.75 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the parties had entered into an compromise on 13.04.2026, based on which, the FIR was closed in RCS.No.3 of 2026.
