ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 303(2) and 318(4) of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No. Not Known, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that the earlier the current paper enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant in C.S.R.No.223 of 2026 and thereafter, the petition was closed and no case has been registered as against the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
