Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 26.8.2014 made in Na.Ka.No.1490/2013/MC 1 issued by the first respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to place the petitioner's name over and above the respondents 2 and 3 by re-fixing the seniority for the post of Assistant Engineers/Junior Engineers, and promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer by considering her representations dated 28.8.2014, 1.9.2014, 7.10.2014 and 9.1.2015.
