J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo stating that the sole appellant has died and his wife and son also died and the learned counsel for the appellant could not collect the particulars of their death and to take steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record and also prayed for dismissal of the second appeal. The Memo submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant is taken on record.
2. In the light of the above, the second appeal is dismissed as abated for not taking any steps to bring the legal heirs of the deceased appellant. No costs.
