Both the counsels present. Learned counsel for the defendants filed a memo dated 22.09.2018. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs had agreed for the same and also made an endorsement to that effect in the memo itself that the memo may be taken on record and a decree in terms of the memo may be passed.

Accordingly, the memo is taken on file and the suit is decreed in terms of the memo dated 22.09.2018 filed on behalf of the defendants. The memo shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
